I live on Long Island I definitely plan to make an appointment every time I come up this way which is a lot since my family lives up in Massachusetts. Most beneficial massage I’ve ever had physically, mentally, and educationally. Sabita and Bruce go above and beyond for their clients.
I used Sabita’s Holistic Center specifically for acupuncture when trying to conceive. Jody is amazing and she is very resourceful. I’m 24 weeks now. I highly recommend Sabita’s to anyone, especially those women who are ttc!!

This was my first visit to SHC for a massage treatment. I jammed my lower back earlier this week. I was having throbbing pain and it was difficult to walk with throbbing pain. Hands down, Sabita's knowledge & approach to massage therapy is heads and shoulders above other spas/therapists I have gone to in the past. I highly recommend Sabita when you need a treatment! Feeling so much better...
She is so amazing ... she has a soft and healing way about her. She not only has an amazing touch but gives you exercises and tips as she truly knows the body and is in tune.
