My partner struggles quite often with his med refills and consistently has to call to remind them about the refill. The meds are necessary and needed and they are forgotten, before a Friday he has to go the whole weekend without his meds. This is truly wrong. You should have your patients meds ready when they’re needed and on time without the risk of not being able to receive them.
He treats me well staff is great works with me to get me in when needed
