Update: Police Report number 251111066 - This HOA shut off my water without my consent or notification. This is illegal and I'm contacting an attorney. As tenants, this place is awful. The HOA will harass tenants directly about owner maintenance. Only if requested do they send the violation notice to the owner of the property.
