Not sure what happened today when we went in for the first time ever.. I think it was Betty Jo who helped us (I don't even think I can call it helping though!) We went to Cricket's Pool Supply first.. they had a sign on their door saying they were "closed today for unseen circumstance" so we had to pick somewhere else, we picked Sabine and it was a mistake and waste of time. Hidden Fees etc. - My spa(located under cover) has been leaking for several months. Rob/service stated after 3 visits(told me he forgot water die-he denied but wife remembered clearly me telling her he was going to have to make extra trip to come back.) and me having to call to voice not satisfied that it is possibly evaporation and/or condensation. Purchased a small pool from the 'big box' store and visited April and Witney (Hope I spelled that right) at the Congress location. The staff was very helpful in explaining to me what I needed to do for pool maintenance. They tested my water and gave me an outline of proper pool maintenance and helped me choose the correct product. I will return to Sabine for my pool needs.
One of the chemical they sell here is amazing for clearing bugs from the pool
