They definitely do not return phone calls. I am trying to resolve an issue and I cannot get a response. I have called and left messages, waited on hold just to be told again to leave a message. It's frustrating.
I've been trying to get ahold of them concerning my royalties and it shows that they're temporarily closed I leave voicemails I lived in my phone number and nobody will get in contact with me they sent me one check then they say they don't have my address if I don't have my address how do I get a first my first check from them I'm getting very frustrated with this company

Speaking to someone on the phone is virtually impossible. Change of address mailed to wrong address. In today's day and age, it should not be so difficult to have direct deposits. I would love to switch companies. This is ridiculous.
