They say the place has top notch security 24/7 yet the gate hasn’t worked since I started months ago, and the cameras also don’t work. Multiple people’s storage units have been broken in too. Very false advertising
Customer service is completely nonexistent. I was double billed back in April of 2023 and have attempted to repeatedly get in touch by both phone call and text, including voicemail per instructions left on recorded voice message to resolve the matter to no avail. I had two security locks for extra safety. During some time in July either one of my locks was removed by management without my consent or my lock was stolen. That would imply that the perpetrators left one of my locks alone along with all of my personal belongings ... read more
