I originally approached Sabina with a focus on upper mobility for rowing in whitewater rafting several years ago. I still use the custom made program she provided to this day and find it better than anything you get online. Sabina is very professional, friendly and patient. Her hands on approach make complicated exercises and stretches easy to understand and carry out on your own afterwards. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to enhance their fitness regime!
Sabina has helped me with fascial stretch therapy for the last month or so and the improvements I have seen in my range of motion and day to day comfort are incredible.
