First, I completely agree with the reviews that state that the wait time is ridiculous and the office staff is VERY rude. I have just received the EOB from my insurance company and I have contacted them concerning billing. I went in for a routine appointment (pap smear) which is covered 100% under my insurance. Imagine my surprise when I find out that I was tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HPV. I was never asked if I wanted these tests, yet I am expected to pay for them since they are not covered under my yearly wellness... read more

As a person Dr Bannout is okay, but he is in it for the money and not the care of patients. I agree with another comment, the staff is rude. When you wait for hours to see him and you get back to the exam room and explain your problem, he looks at you like you are imagining things....I am also looking for another doctor....I sure do miss Dr Eskander....
This doctor was extremely rude to my elderly mother. He old her that the test she needed would cost thousands and thousands of dollars and then he wanted to know if she had that much money. He needs to go back to medical school and learn some bedside manners. Just because my mother didn't have health insurance gave him no right to speak down to her.
First, Dr. Bannout is a fine doctor. We refer patients to him. When it comes time to pay the bill, patients always complain. Id like to see just one person go to Wal-mart and tell them..."Oh, Ill pay you when and if I can" and walk out with your goods! Youd go to jail for that. But people think they can do it to their healthcare providers! All physicians have the right to expect payment. Period. Healthcare isnt an entitlement in this country. Dr Bannout is nice BUT!!!! All the time when I get an appointment I have to wait for 2 hours Especially when you have children with you it is very very stressfull. When you finally get called in you have to wait in the exam room for another 20 to 40 minutes and the nurses arent that friendly. When Dr. Bannout is finally coming to see you he always gives me the feeling I need to hurry up with my talking so he can go see his other patients. Im not feeling welcome there. looking for a an honest european doctor?! then go no further then Dr Tomus!! I sound like a commercial lol but for real this guy is great he tells you how it is,and what you need to do to change it. very impressed so happy i found a good doctor
