Bought a new trailer from Kitt Trailer Aldergrove . Great experience. They will send you to Sabal Insurance next to them by the McDonalds. The process was lengthy so my wife asked to use the bathroom. He said no and said nothing further. My wife’s had to go out in the pouring rain to McDonalds . I guess a customer is not first at this business. I’ll find another. Seems small but important when you are in a business process. Poor experience.
They just renewed my insurance in 14 min flat, all over the phone. Will definitely use them again.
