I wish there were an option to give less than one star. My elderly uncle is a patient here, and getting the staff to follow through on even basic responsibilities has been nearly impossible. Despite completing and receiving all the proper paperwork, multiple phone calls and voicemails left, they failed to complete his medical clearance on time. My new primary doctor only had one visit with her my second visit is coming up this week. Can't fully judge her yet. But first impressions seems nice and seems concerned that I haven't had a primary for a while. And have scheduled me for many tests. Just felt shuffled like an assembly line though get as many patients in and out as possible before lunch. Which leads to certain things that she did not hear me fully on the first visit.
