I really appreciate that Dr. Alam took the time to discuss my medical needs and medication. It is great to have a physician that shows an interest in the patient.
Dr. Alam and his nurse are polite and courteous to me. I appreciate being treated like how I feel matters.
I arrived early as a new patient, completed paperwork & got in to see Dr. Alam 3 minutes before my appointment time! When I saw him, he was attentive to my concerns, ask questions & interacted with me about each problem. I feel like he was concerned & cared about me as a person. He ordered lab work & the lab was ready for me within just a few minutes. The additional tests he ordered were scheduled quickly & efficiently. I highly recommend Dr. Alam & his staff!
