Very bad reception and Dr avoid at all costs
Dr. Frank Wong’s clinic texted to confirm a scope for my daughter. The text listed only the date/time/location and a number to call. I called that number many times over several days to ask for preparation instructions; each time I reached a recording. I left voicemails but never received a call back. With no guidance and unable to reach a person, I left a voicemail to cancel as I wasn’t comfortable sending my daughter into a procedure with zero information. I am extremely outraged and disappointed with the front desk management and staff at your clinic. As a patient, I deserve timely and professional support. However, the front desk staff not only refused to answer calls but also made excuses and lied to me, completely disregarding my needs. Reception Manager, My calls are urgent requests to reach the doctor, not to speak with you or reception staff personally. Refusing calls, giving false information, or avoiding communication is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. Patients deserve honest and professional service.
Dr Alan was terrible.He ded nothing for me and despite my complicated situation he just visited me by phone and prescribed mint!!!He misdignosed my disease and never follow up me!
