Sabor is a great company, I received the Bolt & Brace grant for seismic retrofitting, and I was referred Sabor from a family friend. I am so glad we were able to work with Sabor, they are communicative during the entire process, and very friendly people. The bolt and brace program can be stressful when they require additional paperwork, but Sabor was always happy to submit more paperwork on behalf of us. They are truly great and I would give them 100 stars if I could!
We will not be going with Saber for the work we need. The professionalism, support and the overall experience has not been good for us. We went from believing the technician (very good salesman, not educated enough clearly) that your company could get the job done for 6k. Then to find out its a 60k job. That is an enormous difference. We removed everything from our garage and were prepared ( with me being months pregnant) for the work to be done. Rodd came out to assess the settling of foundation etc. He was very thorough and detailed in handling of the process and to give a quote . Fast and professional. He also took time in helping to write email to the warrenty company!
As a candidate for the in the EBB Earthquake Brace and Bolt Program, Saber was one of the recommended contractors. Rob our design specialist was very knowledgeable and thorough. In the beginning, Saber was by far the most responsive company we contacted for this job. Project Coordinator and Logistics was great, helping us navigate the CA EBB Grant process.
