A seriously poorly run facility. I’ve coincidentally been there twice over the last several weeks and I’ve had the same result both times ….you have to ask for everything straws, napkins, ice bags, etc. the food quality of the front counter offerings is extremely lacking and gives the impression it’s been sitting around ….and ithe counter help lacks organization ….off my list
The food prep ladies are fantastic and always friendly. They make the whole experience great. Excellent food, highly recommended.
Terrible— our bagels looked flat, not fully risen. The cream cheese was too thin. And the blueberry muffin was inedible. Very disappointing and would not recommend
I ordered a grill chicken and avacado wrap their and I got the bubble guts..I recommend you go somewhere else…
Pains me to do this to a local business but this might be the worst bagel place in the Syosset/woodbury/plainview area. Bagels and food are extremely low quality, I think stop and shop has better quality bagels.
