Their quality of eyebrow threading has gone down. Not only do they not sanitize the chair in between clients, but they have messed up my eyebrows the last couple of times. Last visit, the women asked me to “stop touching my eyebrows”. She showed me how uneven they looked. In other words, I shouldn’t be tweezing them myself. I actually saw the review about the highlights so I wanted to post in defense of the lady who did it because I’ve been going to her for many many years—I actually wait hours for her because I never go to anyone else. The lady who got her highlights gave her such a hard time and kept interrupting her by saying “why you’re not putting foil on black hair?” which made me realize she doesn’t know anything about getting highlights. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others. While this salon does an excellent job with threading and waxing, my hair coloring experience was deeply disappointing. I went in for highlights and showed them a clear inspiration picture. Count your hairs before you go there. They will charge you higher if you have more hair on your head. Wish they give a discount to people who are half bald.
