My wife waited patiently for over an hour past her scheduled appointment time. When she finally checked with the front desk for an update, she was informed there were still nine people ahead of her. A multi-hour wait is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total lack of respect for patients' time. We ultimately chose to walk out. He seems to be a great doctor and was very good to me while I was in the hospital, but the three-plus-hour waits are too long. They overbook, the nurses take smoke breaks at the same time, and they keep telling you that it will just be a bit longer. He has two locations, and I was told to go to the other one because the wait wouldn’t be as long…that was not true at all. Would definitely not recommend until they fix this issue.
