There are 2 offices right next to each other , but I didn't like Dental Dreams so I decided to give this office a shot. I had my doubts coming into the office because the appearance of the building didn't look like an office, but I was surprisingly impressed when I came in. The staff was so warm and welcoming! They told me all the possible options for my daughter's treatment and I decided to get her tooth extracted. We did not see Dr Keo. We were seen by Dr. Mun Shin. Dr Shin spent a good 5mins with my 83 yrs old mom. Dr Shin told us that my mom's tooth needs to be removed however Dr Shin did not explain whether it was due to tooth fracture, gum disease or decay or abscessed or infected tooth. Nor did she ask if we had any questions. On the day of the extraction, the front desk person told us that Dr Shin was not in the office and that we needed to make another appt.
