I called for an appointment at the Warrensburg location and I was told that appointments were given only by referral; it was explained that I had to get a referral from my primary physician to get an appointment. I asked if this had to do with insurance and was told that it had to do with limited space. Seriously, do you want me to unnecessarily take an appointment at my primary physicians because you have limited space? Why do providers make it so difficult to receive care?
My 92 yr old mother goes to this location because it is close to where she lives. I have taken her to the last three appointments, sit and observe. It DISGUST me how they herd these older people in like cattle. They seriously must double, triple book them. We are always there for 2 HOURS. They take the patients in after waiting 30 min. dilate their eyes, send them back out to sit, after 30 min. call them back in to take pictures of eyes, send them back out to sit another hour before they FINALLY call them back to see the doc... read more
