Excellent Dr Sabates. Had a longer wait than usual.
Great care and such a quick staff, I'm impresses
As instructed I arrived early before my appointment. A lot of people who arrived after me were seen before me. I was seen approximately 45 min after my scheduled appointment. When scheduling a return appointment in a year for 9am I asked if I could arrive at 9:30.
I get straightforward answers to difficult questions. The entire team is friendly, professional and extremely competent.
Avoid their optical department at all costs. They are unreliable and borderline fraudulent. The prescription glasses I ordered, which cost over 600.00 (with insurance), were promised to be ready in three weeks . It has now been over seven weeks and Sabates won't return my calls. The last explanation they provided was the lab was having problems, and the glasses will be ready in a week. This was three and 1/2 weeks ago.
