Felt very confident with Dr Kraus. Explained things well.
I went to the sabates location on the plaza. I was greeted by an exceptionally rude front desk attendant raising her voice and talking down to an elderly couple. She then looked at me and ordered me to get in line which was only 3 feet difference. I confronted her about her behavior and called her rude. She responded with a sarcastic response by saying well I guess im sorry and then rolled her eyes. I dont know her name, but he was white, wirh very short reddish hair. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was nervous when I arrived but the staff put me at ease.
