We arrived about 20 minutes early for a 10:00 appt. The receptionist was rude and very short with us as I had an insurance question. We waited almost 2 hours before our name was called. The waiting room had filled up and emptied and still we were not called so I asked the receptionist and had her check and she was somewhat perturbed to get up and go check and she said it would be shortly as they had our chart. The ophthalmologist and specialist in this group are top-notch. However, it is a bit difficult to communicate back-and-forth with them and it takes a while to get a call back.
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kraus after my previous provider left the practice. He was thorough and took the time to explain my treatment plan. I highly recommend Sabates Eye Centers and Dr. Kraus if you are looking for a new eye care provider!
