Nice things, Not friendly staff Upper end boutique carrying a large assortment of upper end items, including wedding items. The staff was not very helpful!
From Sabastian to Cindy T Cindy T. Can you please tell me what wedding you were in that i did a Horrible Job on there clothing? You being a attendant in the wedding and seeing my "Horrible" work but yet you still came to shop my store to over hear this conversation? Please tell me who this friend was that i was bragging to? I can tell you this. In 5 years of business Ive had 4 major complanits. This is always delt with in private and never on my sales floor for anyone to "overhear" On top of that. Will never use I will never use Sabastian's of Newton. I was fortunate enough to be in a wedding that he did the dresses for and let me say he did a HORRIBLE job on them. While I am looking for someone to do some work for me I checked his store out and I was greeted by himself and was floored by his lack of commitment to customers and while there saw 2 completely different customers come in to complain of his workmanship. He also received a phone call in which he hung up on the customer twice while the other person seem to b... read more
Sabastian Boutique & Design is great asset to downtown. Sabastian does a wonderful job. They moved to thier new location which is bigger. They are located in down town Newton. They are very busy they also offer monogramming.
