Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lindsay answered all my questions and responding to my emails promptly. Sandra is amazing and caring with my son. Being asked to pay a same-day deposit for a treatment scheduled to start three months later — and being pressured around it — was very disappointing. Refusing to hold a quoted discount even for five days felt unreasonably rigid and unprofessional. This was especially uncomfortable after my child went through an hour-long assessment involving extensive imaging and procedures. Overall, the administrative experience was very poor.
