Being asked to pay a same-day deposit for a treatment scheduled to start three months later — and being pressured around it — was very disappointing. Refusing to hold a quoted discount even for five days felt unreasonably rigid and unprofessional. This was especially uncomfortable after my child went through an hour-long assessment involving extensive imaging and procedures. Overall, the administrative experience was very poor.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lindsay answered all my questions and responding to my emails promptly. Sandra is amazing and caring with my son. She helps my son understand the benefits of having an expander. Love Sabari Orthodontics 💙💛
My daughter isn’t the easiest patient, but the team at Sabari’s has been absolutely amazing with her. They are patient, understanding, and know exactly how to make her feel comfortable and supported at every visit. I really appreciate the extra care and kindness they show. It has made such a difference in her orthodontic journey. Highly recommend!
