All I can say is that we as a family have nothing but good things to say about this care firm and especially the caring staff, who have looked after my dad for about the last three or four years. Having seen some of the one star reviews, I got a bit angry and wanted to give a positive, unbiased viewpoint. My dad is now 83. He is what is referred to as a 'heavy call' due to his limited mobility and multiple health issues. Awful company don't care about their clients at all.
One star is too generous. I can't go into too much info as potentially there will be legal action taken but if you care about your loved ones please don't use this company
