Updating my review due to poor customer service after I moved in. Don’t move here! They never advised me of plans for the building to be demolished when I moved in. Handyman burst a pipe in my apartment and flooded it. Customer service support around this issue is very disappointing
The bad reviews of this building are spot on.
I do not recommend this company due to the lack of respect they have for their customers. I live in an apartment without proper heating because the company refuses to increase the temperature to save costs. I have a small child, and we are freezing inside our home, yet no one responds to our emails. The maintenance team has already been to our home more than 20 times, but they can’t do anything because the issue is not with the heater itself but with the central heating system. I recently moved here with the help of Emily. Emily was very responsive and understanding of the teething issues that come with moving from another country. Emily even gave me suggestions of where to purchase essentials which was greatly appreciated as a newcomer to Vancouver. Emily definitely went above and beyond.
Do not move in here if you have any sort of respiratory issues, tenants on grandfather leases allowed to smoke in some units. Our whole apartment smelled of smoke, it was coming in through our cooker/sockets/doors. Stairwell on the end of the right side of the building smelled so foul it came up through our floorboards into our bedroom, it was so bad we had to sleep on the sofa in the living room before we moved out.
