Would not recommend this building. It is falling apart and all of the reviews are spot on! They also let you sign a “promotional” deal early on to make you pay more than the 2.5 percent rate for general rent increase for the next year. They also did not have any more updates about the DEMOLITION of this building. And yes the elevator still does not work! Beware!
Previous reviews are spot on. Elevator has been down for 4 weeks and landlord has said nothing. People have resorted to leaving garbage in the hallways now. The smell of cigarette smoke from tenants who refuse to accept bylaws permeates through out the first floor hallway on the west end of the building. If you have any sort of breathing issues don’t live in this building since it is full of mould, just look at the first floor windows on the west side.
The bad reviews of this building are spot on. I'm not surprised people complain about the air quality here, there is black mold growing on windows in suites.
Updating my review due to poor customer service after I moved in. Don’t move here! They never advised me of plans for the building to be demolished when I moved in. Handyman burst a pipe in my apartment and flooded it. Customer service support around this issue is very disappointing
