Always receive monthly distribution, but never get K-1 tax form till end of march. It is March 29th and we are told their CPA still is working on it. This has been this way for many years now. They really new a new CPA or additional CPA's on there payroll. We have to fill an extention for our own taxes because of this one form. Frustrated Client.
