I rented a storage locker from here and was told there would be a prorated refund when I leave. While I was there there was a robbery, I lost some stuff and the owner told me they didn't even have cameras... apparently they did get cameras after that, but they didn't really do much about the theft. Then after I left they refuse to prorated out my refund so that was just a lie? 2/10 at least they got cameras now.
They make you sign a form saying that they are not responsible for any leaks any damages anything stolen etc and wouldn't you know it when I moved my things into the unit not only did it leaked but it was broken into and nobody even notified me to let me know . Not only that but I had to fix the latch on the actual unit itself, but that's okay bc I took that latch back when I moved my things out of the unit . They suck and they are expensive !
They're so awesome here I wouldn't think of storing anything anywhere else. Got awesome times that it's open you can come and go up until well past dark units are clean bug free lot is clean and bug free trash free and Chase is awesome
