The buildings have roaches.. They are not being maintained, cleaned, and the association is not doing pest control. They also started doing parking enforcement for no reason, because they have a lot of parking. They are towing cars with out a sticker. If you go there as a guest you will be towed, because the office is open for very limited time, I think only on Wednesday for a few hours 10:00-11:30. It's a nice and peaceful location. Maintenance of the area in general is not the best.
Rebecca H.is kinda nutty.Won't join the board(never attends association meetings)n just complains.The few ppl that know her best would attest to all the aforementioned.The place needs some work but price is gd n suitable for some.When increases are needed to enhance upkeep,several tenants lose their minds.(too many on low fixed incomes!)I left for a better environment as I could afford to.Coral Springs is generally far better/safer yet more pricey."you get what u pay for"
