I just want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team, and especially to Jay. He’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed our AC and several other issues in our unit, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. It made a big difference, and we really appreciate his help. Have been here for almost three years. This past year the place has really gone downhill. They have infestation issues they don’t treat the buildings as a whole just the apartments that complain and the exterminators do two spots and that’s it. The pool is filthy, the smell of weed is awful (all about people partaking and doing their thing) and gets in to the units. Terrible Living Experience – Not Recommended I lived at Sabal Palm at Lake Buena Vista, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, the apartment was not clean, and I had to constantly submit maintenance requests for issues that were never fully resolved. I was told that my unit was due for remodeling soon, so I should “just be patient.” They even promised not to charge me extra because my apartment lacked many features that other units had—but that promise was not honored. Terrible place terrible communication terrible service roaches everywhere black mold in my apartment and they did nothing and left me with a bill because I had to leave because I had a 5 month old on the house and it was NOT SAFE I still get notifications from the same apartment I was in and they didn’t fix anything for that person either feel bad he’s breathing black mold and don’t even know it
