No complex will ever be perfect so some ratings I believe are unfair. Im giving them 5 stars bc no matter the time, if it is an emergency, it is handled! Even on holidays. And they work the same problem no matter how long, until it is fixed. Staff is very polite. Management is very understanding. This has been my best renting experience since moving to Orlando. Btw, they have dog park(S) and pool(S) and the gym in sufficient. Mail is safe. And they have a car wash station for residents. Theyre solid.

I have signed the lease for this apartment complex originally for 14 months but I broke the lease within the six months of living there. This complex is not a great place if you are wanting/trying to communicate with the lease agents. They really do not care for you, if you want something, you have to actually go their office to communicate with the agent in order for them to actually answer the questions you have. Sadly one of the worst experience I have ever had with a rental application. Everyone in the office seems lost . One person tells you that you’re conditionally approved while the other tells you that you still need to verify some information. At the end they will still deny you and take your application fee. From the bottom of my heart do your self a favor and apply some where else !
