Sadly one of the worst experience I have ever had with a rental application. Everyone in the office seems lost . One person tells you that you’re conditionally approved while the other tells you that you still need to verify some information. At the end they will still deny you and take your application fee. From the bottom of my heart do your self a favor and apply some where else !
My move-in experience at Sabal Palm was excellent! Everything went smoothly with no problems at all. Cherry and Adriana were especially wonderful — they made the whole process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Sabal Palm to anyone looking for a great place to live!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Management doesn’t care if one of the rooms is infested with termites. The exterminators they hired didn’t deal with the issue and instead of getting another company to have this situation handled right away, the manager said that they “addressed the situation” by calling the exterminator. The problem still isn’t fixed and it’s going on to the 2nd week that my baby son’s room is filled with termites! I just want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team, and especially to Jay. He’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed our AC and several other issues in our unit, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. It made a big difference, and we really appreciate his help.
