Terrible Living Experience – Not Recommended I lived at Sabal Palm at Lake Buena Vista, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, the apartment was not clean, and I had to constantly submit maintenance requests for issues that were never fully resolved. I was told that my unit was due for remodeling soon, so I should “just be patient.” They even promised not to charge me extra because my apartment lacked many features that other units had—but that promise was not honored. Terrible place terrible communication terrible service roaches everywhere black mold in my apartment and they did nothing and left me with a bill because I had to leave because I had a 5 month old on the house and it was NOT SAFE I still get notifications from the same apartment I was in and they didn’t fix anything for that person either feel bad he’s breathing black mold and don’t even know it
Definitivamente no es un lugar para vivir, llevo algún tiempo viviendo en este sitio, tengo demasiados problemas con el ac, vienen hacen algo y a la semana está malo de nuevo, la basura es otro gran problema, el aseo de pasillos y escaleras nunca lo hacen, tienen un teléfono de adorno por que nunca contestan, si no quieren pasar malos ratos eviten rentar en esta unidad
They have a sign saying gym is open Saturday-Sunday 10am-8pm every time I go on Sunday it’s never open! At least change the sign if you’re going to close the gym on Sundays. Also in the morning the gym never opens on time we always have to wait for someone to come and open it
