I’ve lived here for over a year now and unfortunately my experience has been consistently frustrating due to ongoing maintenance and management issues. The most disruptive issue has been repeated emergency water shutoffs, sometimes occurring lately 1–3 times per month and lasting 1–6 hours at a time. I’ve had a very bad experience living in these apartments. There are cockroaches inside the apartments, many electrical outlets don’t work, and every time we report these issues, maintenance says everything is fine without actually fixing anything. There are several things in the apartment that don’t work properly, and nothing ever gets resolved.
