The ladies at Sabal Palms deliver. I had this apartment complex on my list to view, I set up an appointment but had to cancel due to my work wife's schedule yet we showed up an hour later as they were closing and walked in anywho, just to check it out. To our surprise Chantelle and Val were still in the office and about to close shop but greeted us with open arms. Lease office’s correspondence is incredibly slow and dishonest. It takes over 1 month to be repaired our heater. We requested to repair a heater through apps but they misunderstood and our heater was not repaired. They said “The panel works so it works”Even our room temperature is 50F!!! I had to send email 4 times to prove our heater was truly broken. I was told that personal belongings are not covered when I raised an issue about a broken heater. Apparently, the apartment’s heater is considered a personal belonging lol I h... read more

I have been living here at Sabal Palm for 5 months now. I love it here. I am in love with the amazing dog park and dog wash station! Chantelle in the leasing office is amazing and so helpful! Maintenance always assists me quickly. Also I love how close I am to everything in this area!
Visited Sabal Palm this week and was very happy to have done so. Chantelle and the team in the office are very friendly and welcoming! They showed me around I love it there! The gym was something I absolutely fell in love with! Thank you Chantelle for your assistance.
