I had an issue with my AC, I put an Order Ticket in, it was handled with 8 hours. Alex (Maintenance), was kind and worked quickly. He explained what happened to my AC, he gave knowledge as to what to look for in the future, he explained what levels of concern to watch for from mild to emergency. He answered all of our questions. He was extremely professional and did it all with a smile. Exceptional Service! Thank you Alex;)

EDIT update: 8/24/26 Water shut off again today the whole apartment complex every time - 10 minute notice - same email “maintenance emergency” 7/27/26 Update: After raising our concerns after today’s outage, management has declined any rent accommodation again and instead offered to waive our lease termination requirements, suggesting the community may no longer meet our expectations. Don't move in here. Looks better from outside because of paint but inside everything falling a parts. Also except bugs and roaches from carpet. Windows leaks when rain so you will notice mold every Windows unless they paint before you move in. Water shut off every week or 2 times a week. They will let you know 5-10 minutes early by email, so before using bathroom check your email.

Update -1 year later I’ve officially been living at Sabal Palm for a full year now, and I felt like it was important to come back and update my review based on my actual experience as a resident. I can honestly say that I’ve been extremely impressed with how much the community has improved over the past year. There have been so many updates and renovations, and the amount of effort the entire team puts into keeping the property looking great really shows. Chantelle and Vale were amazing at helping us get into our new apartment quickly and smoothly. They answered all of our questions and treated us with kindness and care. Highly recommend if you are in the market for an apartment please come check them out!!!
