I have been a resident at Sabal Palm for two years and it is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are great and the office and mainteannce staff are very responsive.
Everyone that works there is very nice and they are willing to help you find a great new place to live!
This is a great place to living, has a good location and is peaceful. The maintenance team is always willing to help and they do a great job. The office staff has also been very kind and helpful
My boyfriend and I were residents at Sabal Palm for 2 years. During my last semester of college I got a job offer to move to Orlando, so we applied and signed our lease sight unseen. I was super nervous about that, but when we moved in all was good. For our first apartment together it was pretty nice. We did get one of the non-renovated apartments, but that was expected.
