I bought a new home from Sabal homes roughly around 2017. I spent 4000 on the HVAC and the duct work cost me another 600 in 2020.... because they were not installed properly!! I've had many other expenses not nearly this costly but it adds up for a brand new house I spent a lot of money on. They were very precise in their warranty. I give Sabal a 2 because their floor plan worked for us and they accommodated our need to close quickly. Unfortunately, I would have rather had a house worthy of the almost 400k we paid.
