The whole process was done efficiently and expertly. From the first communication to the final product, they were awesome. Daniela did a great job with helping us understand the process and steps along the way. The first image is the before and the second is the after the new roof.

Lack of communications is their biggest problem. Robert, our sales rep/manager, failed to call to tell us that they were postponing the start of the project until the following week. We specifically set up appointments to avoid a conflict with the start of the project. The tear down crew was made up of numerous people and that part went well. The crew putting on the shingles got a lot of tar on the front of the white facia. I complained to the office and they told me that they had a special ‘detail crew’ to clean up the tar ... read more
