What an amazing hidden gem!! We were here for the F1 race in Austin and noticed that most of the food trucks around were serving Mexican food. Then we came across this little Thai food truck run by the sweetest Thai grandma and decided to give it a try. And WOW, it completely exceeded our expectations! Food was delicious and the sweetest lady brought our food out! So glad to have a quality food option out here! But if you don't live nearby-its worth the drive. Best Thai food I've found in Austin in recent years.
Their food is amazingly delicious. The fried banana are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, sweet just how I like them, and don't get me started on the fried shrimp tempura. The Sabai Jai Fried Rice is my favorite. The portion for the price is incredible; you can get three servings out of one plate. The service is provided by the friendliest, most loving people. I strongly recommend it.
