absolute worst!! 8am appt - dr 20 min late. She spent all of 7 min in the room and flat out refused my inquiry for an x-ray - even when I offered to pay for it. Blamed the computer that she couldn't write an order. Stopped answering questions. Front staff at Otterbein office is professional, friendly and organized. They deserve better not to mention the patients.
Dr. Miller and staff took time to address why I was there and come up with a plan of care.
Was a outpatient client at IU Methodist for a procedure. Everyone from admission prep to the procedure to recovery room were extremely professional, kind and caring. I was made to feel comfortable, safe and my family informed of my care. Highly recommend.
Dr Miller and his team, saved my life I 2007. I am so grateful for their care. He has been my heart doctor going on four decades. After three emergency open heart surgeries, my aorta had a hole. Going on 18 years with my metal aortic valve and titanium stent. I have had alot of ups and downs with my warfarin. Because I eat a lot of greens. Sometimes the k vitamin can be difficult. Her YouTube video she claimed she likes to build a rapport with new clients etc, but upon our initial visit she did not ask 1 question about my history or get to know me. It was shocking how unproductive this appointment was regarding my health.
