Dr. Ghorab is an amazing artist as well as a surgeon. Because she is also a ENT Doctor and only performs neck and up surgeries, she is a true specialist when it comes to understanding facial structure. In my lengthy search for a plastic surgeon with a focus on facial rejuvenation, I had many consultations with various doctors in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Dr is very competent and caring. In the free consultation she gave suggestions, prices, and a plan of work. Then began procedures.
Dr. Ghorab has completely given me back my confidence after complications with my neck and facial muscles from a prior surgery over 6 years ago. I thought I just had to live with a crooked smile and double chin, but she was able to treat my overactive platysma muscle and other areas around my chin and mouth.
