I had to wait a month for my scheduled appointment. I arrive, check in, then after waiting 30 minutes I was called up and told my doctor wasn’t in that day. The girl at the front desk asks ME why I wasn’t called, as if I’m supposed to know the answer. Then when I was told I had to reschedule I was booked another month out. I asked about a cancellation list and was told no they don’t “do that.” Staff had attitudes, weren’t kind or polite and clearly neglectful and incompetent. Right on par with Atlantic Health. DO NOT GO HERE
Dr. Amir is a very pleasant, compassionate and thorough doctor.
I had a great experience with the staff and the doctor. Dr. Saba Amir is knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent medical doctor.
