Terrible Customer Service! Raising a COMPLAINT! The way Ella (who said she’s the manager) just spoke to us was very rude and didn’t seem to understand customer service or basic processes. Buyer Beware. We today went in for a refund within the allowable period and she got it all wrong and refused to accommodate. Ella then starting yelling at us!!

Nell’s has exceptional customer service skills she was quick and efficient in choosing the skirt that I needed and then gave expert advice. I was worried at first that it maybe too short but it’s actually perfect. Thanks babe. You’re the best, I will definitely coming back again soon. Also I hope your Bra straps feel a little better. 😊

Extremely average - last Saturday morning staff had no idea of what styles were available in certain colours. Ended up finding items on the floor myself and then they tried to convince me the wrong size suited me because others weren't available.

I wanted to give a special shout out to this store in particular. There were some faults on the make of the jacket I bought but I couldn’t return and exchange for a new one given it was out of stock everywhere. Gaye went over and beyond to ensure that the faults on the jacket were fixed so that I could keep it. I think this is the best retail clothing experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, and Saba, Gaye is a gem!
