Will never deal with this company or the home manufacturers they represent. I suggest you should not either. Good representation of how they treat military veterans and their family. My wife traveled from Phoenix and I, a 21 year Army veteran. They cancelled a next day meeting because the person we were to meet the next morning, also works at a coffee shop. This is the most professional, helpful and straight-forward company I've ever worked with. Not only are they efficient and extremely communicative, but they also truly care about ensuring that their clients move forward with the best option for their hopes and dreams. Compared to the typical cost of living in Flagstaff (which is always considered poverty with a view), this company combats that problem by providing people with a sustainable and affordable solution. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This company is one of the kindest I've ever met with. I had a small budget and they were able to help me build the home of my dreams within that budget. Sustainable. Attainable. Beautiful. Empowering. This is what Sabé homes believe in and it shows! Not only are Shelley and Steve a great team. The communication between everyone is very fluid.
