We purchased a Model home from SAB in a newer Overland Park, KS subdivision. From the time of the initial contract signing until closing the communication, reliability & ease was top notch. I would give more stars if I could! From start to finish it was a fantastic and nearly perfect experience! The communication from everyone is top notch and they are so fun! The team runs like a well oiled machine and has the customers best interest in mind. Katie is a wonderful designer and it was so fun working with her. Contractors, stay away from this builder, they don’t pay their contractors!!
I could have not had a better building experience, I absolutely love my new home! Loved being able to use SAB’s design center to make my choices at one place and not run all around. My project manager, Scott, did an incredible job and everyone I came in contact with was amazing. I was nervous to build, but SAB made it a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The cherry on top was working with Sarah for the walk through and closing. I would tell anyone I know to trust SAB, you will love your experience and home.
