Certainly knowledgeable about the Toyotas. Chris patiently explaining all my female questions about car stuff (which I know little of). I feel like a can ask lots of questions. He gives options if something needs to get fixed sooner or can be done later. He even helped us find a used vehicle when I mentioned our family needing another car.
Chris has always taken good care of our cars. He makes the time and resolves the issue! Professional, attentive and really good customer service. Chris has worked on our cars for years he’s very knowledgeable and gives you an easy to understand description of the issue.
Chris, (the owner) has always been an amazing help. Whenever I have a car issue he’s right on top of it and scheduling is a breeze. Just recently he noticed I had a funny sound to my car and sure enough he checked it right away and found out my breaks needed to be replaced, along with a few other things.
