Went to this store looking for a king matrress and didn't find any of their mattresses comfotable, Also, was not impressed with their selection.
There is no customer service like Saatva. The store in Manhasset is truly the epitome of customer service. They helped us find the right mattress for us. Wendy and Michael helped us as we weren’t sure which was right as my wife and I like two diffferent types. The delivery service is nothing short of white glove service

Nothing shy of amazing customer service! Gary was absolutely amazing, answering every question we had. The best part is that the employees to do not work off commission, so they genuinely just want to help you. I recommend this location and specifically Gary, if you are considering changing your life and sleep!
