We were very satisfied with our shopping experience at the Saatva Viewing room in Manhasset, NY. We were greeted by the Manager, "Mike", who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, patiently answering all our questions as we decided which model would best suit us. Highly recommend Saatva !
Great experience. I wish everything was that easy.
Satva viewing room was very clean and laid out nicely. The salesman that we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. I liked that they did not work on commission or pressure us.
No pressure sales tactics. Mattresses are made to order and it's taking longer than expected.
