Excellent customer service experience as a returning customer.
We previously visited another store to try a number of Online Mattresses. We were unhappy with the hard sell approach that we experienced. Our experience at Saatva was just the opposite. At Saatva we told our sales person the results of the survey that we took, we were shown the appropriate mattresses and were able to make our selection in a low pressure setting. We would definitely recommend Saatva mattresses to friends and family.
