Saatva was an amazing experience ,I worked with Tar and I bought the mattress on Monday and changed it 3x by Wednesday I was so embarrassed but Tar was so kind I can’t say enough good things about him i’m glad I finally made a decision , now I’m waiting for the mattress and hoping to have good sleeps from here on in. Thank you Tar for your patience and understanding.
The customer service in the showroom was wonderful. I really appreciated the patience, expertise , and care that Angelique, Tar and Tish provided. They answered all my many questions and made the whole experience of mattress shopping a pleasure.
Tar was incredibly knowledgeable about the various mattresses available and was able to help me get in and out of the store (with a new mattress and base) within 20 minutes. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into one mattress over another. Thanks for your help today!
