We booked weeks in advance and waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive at the table. During that time we didn’t receive water refills and couldn’t get the waiter’s attention. When I asked to order an additional dish to take home for my fiancé, I was told there is “no takeout,” with no explanation. This was disappointing! The memory of this meal still lingers.
Drove 2 hours each way to dine at Saap, I was not disappointed and I will be back (soon). I don't write reviews, but the food here was extraordinary and I felt moved to do so. I lived in Thailand 30+ years ago, greatly enjoyed the cuisine then, and have searched ever since for an authentic replication of that experience. Very unexpected authentic Thai restaurant that didn’t disappoint. Server was extremely helpful with guiding our heat levels. We will definitely come back to try more of the menu.
