Drove 2 hours each way to dine at Saap, I was not disappointed and I will be back (soon). I don't write reviews, but the food here was extraordinary and I felt moved to do so. I lived in Thailand 30+ years ago, greatly enjoyed the cuisine then, and have searched ever since for an authentic replication of that experience. Very unexpected authentic Thai restaurant that didn’t disappoint. Server was extremely helpful with guiding our heat levels. We will definitely come back to try more of the menu.
