Our furnace broke down Feb.11th 2025 and it is now August 22nd 2025.They have made NO repairs..brought a part to repair it but was the wrong size..they said in 2 weeks the part would be here and it has been over a month..I called last week and was assured that it would be "top priority"and the furnace fixed when the technician came back from holiday.It is not fixed and no one has even bothered to call.Our furnace is under warranty and we were "encouraged"to buy a new furnace which we do not want or need..We are not satisfied... read more
