This evening we were gifted with the best medical care I have ever witnessed (and I’m old, so I’ve been around!). An incredible team. My husband experienced a horrible headache and illness, likely due to a new cancer med. Cancer doctor told him to go directly to ER for fear of catastrophic brain bleed. I broke my wrist on the Sunday and went to Saanich peninsula emergency room My Doctor was Doctor Kazza (I hope I spelled his name right) doctor Kazza and the entire Staff on Sunday were professional, attentive and truly displayed remarkable care. Thank you all Lorraine Henry-Rothermund

Good afternoon community. The second time they come across the same doctor. When asked to turn on the translator, he does not do this, and begins to explain where there are a lot of medical terms. The appointment lasts a maximum of a minute. And that's it. The tests were done and everything, but I forgot three Tylenol tablets. Who has faced filing a complaint against a doctor and what are the results.

Had a great experience today--if that is possible in an ER! Staff was kind and competent. We were out in a reasonable time. Very efficient and organized. Volunteer working with the patients was great. If you are unfortunate enough to need an ER, would definitely recommend this one!
