I usually see go to the Upland office for all appointments, but Dr wanted a scan of my thyroid done in-house. My appointment was scheduled for the San Bernardino office for a Monday. Called the Friday before to confirm the location, and was told it was confirmed for San Bernardino. Went to San Bernardino Monday morning to walk in and find out that all appointments for that day have been cancelled because the doctor is in Upland on Mondays…. Not sure whats been going on in the front desk, but being placed on hold for over 17 minutes back to back is unacceptable! I reached over 17 minutes and then got hung up on twice. Happened 9/22/21 at 2ish pm... I tried calling back again and you can clearly hear the line being picked up and heard voices in the background then I got hung up on. I didn't even get sent to hold. This office is extremely unorganized Can't make appointment cause there fax machine never receives faxes !!! My doctor office sent it 3 times and Dr Bashar office can't find the documents so ridiculous!!!
