This is by far the WORST doctors office I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude the wait time is ridiculous. Take my advice don’t come here and waste your time. They will cancel your appointments they had doctors leave. Very poorly managed office.
The doc doesn't even get in office till 10, they schedule appts before he's even there creating horrible wait hours. The woman behind the counter was rude, sad all this dr cares about is money and screw the ppl
I've been a patient of Dr. Saad and later Dr. Kastoon for nearly 10 to 11 years, and they've taken excellent care of my thyroid issues from day one. My experience at this clinic has always been positive. Today, I was especially grateful for the wonderful help I received from Diana at the front desk. As soon as I walked in, she addressed my concerns with kindness and efficiency.
