I had an appointment with Dr. Saad, waited 5 months to see the doctor, I had blood work done, showed up for my appointment, waited 50 minutes and when I checked for the delay was told we have to call the insurance, 15 minutes later they told me you need new authorization, I asked why didn’t you call my doctor or me, they said we don’t do that. If you need to get ahold of the front desk for appointments it's hit and miss, but if you need to talk to someone about a medication refill, or literally anything other than an appt it's impossible . I've tried for months to get calls back and no response, I give the correct info but nothing happens.

WORST of the WORST, they never answer the phone and when they do after of days trying they say they are not taking new patients even having a referral. Google really needs to have a zero or non start so I can rate this office fairly.

The Dr is great, but some of his staff are rude and don't do their job.
