Whenever I'm in Ottawa, I always get my hair and makeup done at Saab, because they know what I want even when I don't!Â
The first time I went to Saab, I wanted to be blonde and long! They provided, now I’m all about healthy, happy, natural, lightweight hair, they still provided :) Amazing service from Trina and the team! Amazing work done and so happy to feel 10x lighter and more like myself with this new cut.Â

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this salon. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. I asked politely about booking a massage, and the staff member looked at me and said, “We don’t have anything for you today,” without even checking the schedule. The tone made it very clear I was being dismissed personally, not because they were fully booked. This salon ovecharges for services for no reason. Do you want to pay over 300 or even over 400 dollars for a highlights job? Go to any other salon in Ottawa offering services with Aveda products. There are several. Beverages are not included in their inflated prices. Yet they are complementary at other Aveda salons.Â
