Would definately recommend Rachel Blincoe at SA1 Chiropractors. Im an active 73yr old. Who had severe back pain and Sciatica. I could barely walk, unable to sleep and in constant pain. Rachel determined (after a thorough examination) a course of treatment which included deep massage, accupuncture etc. I was slso given some exercises to undertake. SA1 Chiropractic has been welcoming, positive, wonderful environment from first phone call. Rachel has been absolutely wonderful from very thorough first visit evaluation and through each session. She is very attentive with attention to detail how things felt since previous visit. I highly recommend SA1 Chiropractic. Very professional and excellent service. Detailed assessment and clear explanations of findings with a plan for treatment leading onto exercises which will be built up overtime. I have had lower back pain due to a birth injury from April 2024. The treatment I have received over the last few weeks has made an exceptional difference to my lower back and hips in such a short space of time. Thank you Jonathan for your help and advice.

Had a bunch of sessions with Johnathon to address an injury to C7 nerve (I think that's the right way to say it) at the gym which resulted in intense weakness on my left arm compared to my right. Through the sessions, I've managed to recover very quickly and back into going to the gym consistently. Great stuff :)
