I love my new verandah and the fact I can entertain outside in a stylish and modern setting. Richard was fantastic when he came to quote for the job and gave me lots of good suggestions for getting the best value for my money. Michael and Noah did an excellent job at the installation and left the site clean and tidy every day. A small gate was taken down during the demolition of my old pergola that wasn’t put back but one call to SAQHI and that was fixed in a matter of days. SA Quality Home improvements did an amazing job on my pergola. Would highly recommend these guys. They were exceptionally professional throughout the whole process. All workers that attended site communicated works that was to be done with rough time frames. From the initial consult with Stewart to the reception staff, delivery team, Installers and electrician were all easy to work with. I was confident to leave them be whilst I went to work. Will definitely use these guys for any future jobs.
The team did an excellent job with our veranda. It looks amazing! Richard was so knowledgeable in helping us to make our vision come to life, with some very welcome suggestions of what we could do. Daryl runs a tight ship and made sure the team were able to complete the project with minimum change to our daily schedule. Overall we are very happy with our experience and we would be happy to work with SA Quality Home Improvements again.
We had an awesome experience with SA Quality Home Improvements! Our sales consultant suggested a skillion roof instead of a gable one, and we’re so glad they did — it looks great and is super practical for when we need to move the boat. Communication was great the whole way through, and the installers were friendly, on time, and really knew what they were doing. We’re so happy with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SA Quality to friends and family!
From the initial site visit to get a quote, right through to the completion of our shed, the team at SA Quality Home Improvements were exceptional. We are very happy with the finish and quality of our shed. There were a few mishaps with a couple of the flashings & boundary fence sheets supplied by the factory in the wrong colour, but they went above and beyond to get this rectified as soon as possible.
