I was treated very poorly and had my appointment cut short to 30mins to be told nothing can be done for me and I still had to pay the full service fee of $270 and they weren’t willing to refund me half or put the other half hour of appointment to next session. I would not recommend this clinic as they do not care and have no empathy, pure daylight robbery and you go away feeling terrible and let down!
I've been going to this place for years and have referred multiple friends to psychologists here. Their psychology staff is phenomenal. Their reception staff is always incredibly warm and welcoming and makes great conversation while waiting for an appointment. Any time there's been an issue with medicare or insurance they've always helped me sort it out quickly.
Been seeing Dr. Julie La Mott here for over a year. The care, time and effort she puts into her patients is extraordinary. The reception staff are always super helpful as well. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for very much in this case, with high level psychology sessions.
Lovely, caring and helpful.
44 minutes late to cancel an appointment and I have to pay 125. Safe to say this place will give you more mental health issues than help you.
