While I have had many scans/ultrasounds over the years, today was my first visit to QESC. I was most appreciative of the lass who clarified details before the appointment and also followed up the taxi which failed to arrive after the appt, The sonographer was also very considerate throughout. Well done all from a grateful patient who appreciated your initiative and care.
The receptionist is lovely! Although they couldn't fit me in today, she managed to organise something that really suited my needs as I urgently needed to be seen today. Well done! I forgot her name bit I rang at 1pm and she answered to phone.
Easy to find, free parking, good turn around appointments
Very quick turnaround lovely staff
The staff are cheerful and professional and the imaging relaxing and pleasant. The results will be with my Doctor today, 24 hours after the procedure. I recommend Q E imaging for its pleasant atmosphere and professionalism.
