Excellent build experience for second time building! Excellent customer service and communication.
We have been in our home for a month and we want to say a huge thank you the whole team at CSA that supported us through out build. From our sales rep Dominic to Maddy in the council team and everyone in between. We have been fortunate to have tradesman that are passionate about what they do and a Site Supervisor who takes pride in the homes that are built. Thank you for everything!
I wouldn’t recommend these people at all! Paid a $3000 deposit to be told the plan no longer meets building requirements (fair enough) but they also won’t make changes to bring it up to code. Will not refund our deposit even though it’s out of our hands and is their choice to not build our home. We can of course choose one of hickinbotham’s designs (including statesman and sa housing) but no changes are able to be made and we would have to pay an extra $1000 deposit!
