I’ve just signed a build contract with SAHC for my first home. Rick walked me through the process and has been very responsive to any and all questions I’ve had. I’m only in the preconstruction phase, but I can only praise Rick for his work so far, and I look forward to seeing my build come together over the coming months. We signed our contract with SA housing few months back and We are almost transitioning from pre- construction to construction stage soon .
