Poor phone service - a person shouldn't be waiting on hold for 5+ minutes to schedule a cardiology appointment.
Friendly staff, very roomy open reception/seating area, just there to see Dr for results, but received thorough treatment.
Turned up for my annual cardiology appointment today on 11 June 25 and Dr Peter Waddy refused to see me on the basis they were unable to bill Medicare despite two years of attendance. Get administration staff that have empathy and accept that they operate a poor service. Clearly Peter Waddy and sa heart places profits before patient health as a patient of several years with ongoing heart issues despite being a public patient.
